Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,878 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L2, DOCK2, and FYB1. Each is linked with SLC1A3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A3 results are reported.
