Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MIG-6, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SLC1A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A3 results are reported.
