SLC1A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,247 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are D-aspartate transmembrane transport, D-aspartate import across plasma membrane, and D-amino acid transport. Each is linked with SLC1A3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, D-aspartate transmembrane transport grouped by SLC1A3-low versus SLC1A3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
