SLC1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB122, LINC01941, and RNU7-26P. Each is linked with SLC1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB122 grouped by SLC1A1-low versus SLC1A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
