Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,944 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Grooming behavior, Cysteine transmembrane transport, and Cysteine transport. Each is linked with SLC1A1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A1 results are reported.
