Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 733 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAT14, HNRNPCL1, and VCAN. Each is linked with SLC1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC1A1 results are reported.
