SLC19A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC19A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,773 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDE2, APOOL, and PRRC2C. Each is linked with SLC19A2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A2 versus SDE2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC19A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC19A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
