SLC19A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC19A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, SUN2, and TAB1. Each is linked with SLC19A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A2 versus TOMM22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC19A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC19A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
