SLC19A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC19A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC19A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ3, CTXN3, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with SLC19A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC19A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC19A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ3 grouped by SLC19A1-low versus SLC19A1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC19A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC19A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
