Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC18B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC18B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM177A1, HSPB1_S199, and TIMM9. Each is linked with SLC18B1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC18B1 versus FAM177A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
