SLC18A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC18A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC18A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFDN4, USP14, and RNMT. Each is linked with SLC18A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC18A2 versus PFDN4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC18A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC18A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
