Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC18A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC18A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, DEFA4, and GPR171. Each is linked with SLC18A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A2 results are reported.
