Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC18A2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,040 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC18A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT2, PI4KA, and SPTBN2. Each is linked with SLC18A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A2 results are reported.
