Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC18A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO5, NUSAP1, and KNL1. Each is linked with SLC18A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A1 results are reported.
