SLC18A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC18A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, MSH6, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SLC18A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by SLC18A1-low versus SLC18A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC18A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC18A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
