Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC18A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,409 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR19, B3GALT1, and OR5AS1. Each is linked with SLC18A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC18A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC18A1 results are reported.
