Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,245 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1F, DCTN2, and GNB1. Each is linked with SLC17A7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A7 results are reported.
