SLC17A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,646 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC30A7, SERINC1, and SEC24A. Each is linked with SLC17A5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A5 versus SLC30A7 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC17A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC17A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
