Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,285 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BGRL2, WDR44_S50, and CD2AP. Each is linked with SLC17A5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A5 versus SH3BGRL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC17A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC17A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
