Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,743 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neurotransmitter loading into synaptic vesicle, Golgi vesicle transport, and Protein deglycosylation. Each is linked with SLC17A5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A5 results are reported.
