Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,151 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, Primary amino compound biosynthetic process, and Brush border assembly. Each is linked with SLC17A4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A4 results are reported.
