Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC17A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC17A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC3L1, TRPM6, and STOX1. Each is linked with SLC17A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOC3L1 grouped by SLC17A2-low versus SLC17A2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC17A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC17A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
