Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,892 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Mitochondrial transport, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with SLC17A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A1 results are reported.
