SLC17A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC17A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC17A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX1, TOX3, and FCGRT. Each is linked with SLC17A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC17A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC17A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A1 versus HMOX1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC17A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC17A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
