Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,723 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, PECAM1, and PLVAP. Each is linked with SLC16A7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A7 versus CAVIN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
