Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,028 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Plasma membrane lactate transport, Proteinogenic amino acid metabolic process, and Pyruvate transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC16A7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A7 results are reported.
