The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC16A6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC16A6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where SLC16A6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
