Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, E2F7, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with SLC16A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A4 versus PSMC3IP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
