SLC16A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2P1, PSMB3P2, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with SLC16A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 grouped by SLC16A4-low versus SLC16A4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
