The most reproducible SLC16A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with SLC16A4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A4 results are reported.
