Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,586 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lactate transport, Lactate transmembrane transport, and Plasma membrane lactate transport. Each is linked with SLC16A3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A3 results are reported.
