SLC16A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,574 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1, DAPK3, and ZYX. Each is linked with SLC16A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A2 versus PHLDB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
