Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,123 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLSCR4, STAM2, and STX12. Each is linked with SLC16A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A2 versus PLSCR4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
