Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,040 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation. Each is linked with SLC16A2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A2 results are reported.
