Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-74P, MIR3667, and MICU1. Each is linked with SLC16A14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-74P grouped by SLC16A14-low versus SLC16A14-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
