Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,859 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Detection of external biotic stimulus. Each is linked with SLC16A14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A14 results are reported.
