SLC16A13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Heregulin, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with SLC16A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by SLC16A13-low versus SLC16A13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
