SLC16A11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,357 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SLC16A11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by SLC16A11-low versus SLC16A11-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
