Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN1, ITGA5, and PLOD2. Each is linked with SLC16A10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A10 versus CCN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
