Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,702 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORAOV1P1, LINC01605, and TRIL. Each is linked with SLC16A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A10 versus ORAOV1P1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
