SLC16A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOOP5, OR5I1, and BPNT2P. Each is linked with SLC16A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOOP5 grouped by SLC16A10-low versus SLC16A10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
