The most reproducible SLC16A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Angiogenesis, Blood vessel morphogenesis, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SLC16A10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A10 results are reported.
