Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC16A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,975 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR7A2P1, SLC16A1-AS1, and ESR1. Each is linked with SLC16A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC16A1 versus AKR7A2P1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
