Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,164 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX20, LRIG2, and GNAI3. Each is linked with SLC16A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A1 results are reported.
