Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,082 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC16A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate catabolic process, Nuclear pore complex assembly, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC16A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC16A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC16A1 results are reported.
