Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,905 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC15A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, PLAU, and PLOD2. Each is linked with SLC15A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC15A4 versus ITGA5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
