Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC15A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,032 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC15A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain containing 1 signaling pathway, Peptidoglycan transport, and Regulation of nucleotide-binding domain, leucine rich repeat containing receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC15A4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A4 results are reported.
