Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC15A3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC15A3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC15A3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC15A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

LUAD, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where SLC15A3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
