SLC15A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2L, SEMA3G, and ICAM5. Each is linked with SLC15A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC15A1 versus CCM2L in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
