SLC15A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_epsilon, GAPDH, and PDCD4. Each is linked with SLC15A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_epsilon grouped by SLC15A1-low versus SLC15A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
